TITLE: Data Enterprise Architect
LOCATION: Remote (Prefer to work EST hours)
ANTICIPATED DURATION: Full-Time
Data Enterprise Architect Responsibilities:
- Lead and define the enterprise data strategy aligned with long-term business objectives.
- Design and implement scalable and flexible data architecture for data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to integrate data initiatives with business needs.
- Establish and enforce data governance policies, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance.
- Evaluate, select, and implement cutting-edge data technologies, focusing on Snowflake as the primary data warehouse.
- Oversee data integration across systems and departments, supporting real-time and batch processing.
- Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
- Utilize programming languages such as Python and SQL to design and implement optimized data solutions.
- Mentor and develop junior architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stay updated on industry trends, representing the organization in industry forums.
Data Enterprise Architect Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field required. Master s degree or advanced certifications preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in data architecture, enterprise architecture, or data management, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Expertise in data modeling, database design, and cloud-based data solutions with a focus on Snowflake.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and other relevant programming languages.
- Proven leadership experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving data initiatives.
- Strong communication skills to present technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
Data Enterprise Architect Preferred Experience:
- Certifications such as TOGAF, Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP), or Snowflake certifications.
The annual salary this position is $150,000 160,000 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k, and commuter benefits.
