About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Customer Engagement (D365 CE). This role is perfect for someone with expertise in the Banking and Financial Services domain and a deep understanding of D365 Sales, Service, Dataverse, and Power Apps. If you have a knack for gathering and analyzing business requirements and working closely with both business and technical stakeholders, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirement gathering and analysis sessions, conducting workshops with business and technical stakeholders to define and design solutions.
  • Drive the review and approval of requirements, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.
  • Map integration patterns to functional usage, providing subject matter expertise in integration architecture.
  • Manage MS Dynamics CRM and third-party integration using tools such as Mulesoft, REST APIs, ODATA, Web APIs, and SSIS packages.
  • Oversee data migration, analysis, and harmonization using out-of-the-box tools and third-party solutions, preferably Azure Data Factory.
  • Customize and configure CRM workflows, plugins, forms, and administrative features.
  • Write detailed user stories, conduct grooming sessions, and perform story walkthroughs with stakeholders.
  • Prepare use case diagrams, UMLs, sequence diagrams, and process flows using Visio.
  • Work closely with Product Owners to analyze change requests, conducting impact assessments on existing business flows.
  • Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and story grooming activities.
  • Assist in system integration, user acceptance testing, and ensure application-level testing is completed successfully.

Qualifications:

  • 8-12 years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 CRM Customer Engagement with a focus on Banking and Financial Services.
  • In-depth knowledge of D365 Sales, Service, Dataverse, and Power Apps.
  • Experience in CRM & third-party integration, with strong understanding of APIs, Mulesoft, and data migration techniques.
  • Expertise in data analysis, validation, and using middleware for data migration.
  • Ability to write and manage detailed user stories and integration backlogs.
  • Strong understanding of Workflows, Plugins, Form Customization, and CRM Administration.
  • Proven ability to lead workshops, engage stakeholders, and deliver business requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English (spoken and written).
