Title: Embedded Controls Engineer
Location: Mossville, IL
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Embedded Controls Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in embedded systems development and testing, with expertise in the following areas:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement embedded software using Matlab/Simulink.
- Perform Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing.
- Utilize CANape and CANalyzer for network analysis and diagnostics.
- Write and maintain code in Python, C, and C++.
- Work with dSPACE and OPAL-RT systems for real-time simulation and testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software and hardware components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to embedded systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in embedded systems development and testing.
- Proficiency in Matlab/Simulink, SIL, HIL, CANape, CANalyzer, Python, C, C++, dSPACE, and OPAL-RT.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
