Epicor ERP Supply Chain Consultant || Contract Role || Remote

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Epicor Supply Chain Consultant. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Epicor ERP systems, particularly in the supply chain module. They will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, implementing supply chain solutions, optimizing workflows, and ensuring seamless integration with other business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Epicor ERP Implementation: Lead and support the implementation of Epicor supply chain modules, including planning, configuration, and deployment.
  • Process Analysis: Evaluate current supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Solution Design: Develop and propose customized solutions within Epicor to meet specific business needs.
  • System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of Epicor with other systems, including finance, inventory, and production modules.
  • Customization and Configuration: Customize Epicor screens, reports, and workflows according to requirements.
  • Data Management: Oversee data migration, cleansing, and validation processes.
  • Training and Support: Provide end-user training and support, creating documentation and guides as needed.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain supply chain KPIs and reporting tools within Epicor.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Epicor enhancements and best practices to drive continuous process improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Experience with Epicor ERP, specifically in the supply chain module.
    • Proven track record of successful ERP implementations, preferably within manufacturing or distribution industries.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of Epicor modules: Supply Chain, Inventory, Procurement, Planning, and Logistics.
    • Proficiency in Epicor customization tools and reporting (e.g., BAQs, BPMs, SSRS).
    • Experience with data migration tools and integration technologies (e.g., REST API, EDI).
    • Familiarity with SQL and database management is a plus.
