Description

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Quality Assurance Analyst at our manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be actively involved in the testing phase of our ERP upgrade project, creating test strategies, and driving business teams towards our go-live date.

Responsibilities:
Actively participate in the hands-on testing of our Cloud ERP Upgrade project
Develop and implement test strategies to ensure the quality of our manufacturing ERP
Drive business teams and coordinate with entry level testers to ensure comprehensive UAT/End to End testing
Extract and understand business processes to aid in the ERP upgrade
Monitor and track bugs using bug tracking tools
Conduct manual testing to ensure the quality and integrity of the upgraded ERP system
Build rapport with various business units and take a proactive approach to problem-solving
Work in an iterative/waterfall environment to ensure the timely completion of project milestones.

Requirements

Minimum of five years of experience in a Quality Assurance Analyst role or similar within the Manufacturing industry
Proven expertise in bug tracking to identify and resolve issues effectively
Proficiency in integration testing to ensure seamless system performance
Demonstrated knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning to optimize business processes
Experience in manual testing to ensure the quality of manufacturing outputs
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a team and independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
