Description
They have 48 sites and 250 providers under our community connect program with 2k+ users They implement epic ambulatory, epic rev cycle for those sites including Billing, the not usually a normal offering and community connect models, but MemorialCare does offer Billing -In addition we implement about 6 community connect sites per year. They are looking for a director/Implementation Manager who would be responsible for understanding what community connect is from an epic implementation perspective. So basically a typical epic implementation director if you will. But they're also going to be responsible for customer relationship, customer success, program oversight Current director built a structure - this resource will be responsible for upholding the contract Current Director rewrote the whole community contract So all of our sites are resigning a new contract. It's a true transition for them in our contract, for example, we will have some Epic super user requirements from these sites which they've never had that kind of responsibility We are moving to epic foundation system build So previously they were allowed to pick and choose what they wanted and it just kind of put it the brunt of that labor different sites wanting different things in a different flavor, washing it all clean They're all moving to epic foundation. This director has a lot of responsibility for maintaining system integrity working alongside leaders supporting the application teams These sites have been live with us since before I was with memorial care since 2010 So this is a significant change for them, need a strong director.
