Responsibilities:
Program Manager will be responsible for delivering a greenfield implementation of Finastra 'FusionInvest' implementation.
In this capacity, Program Manager will be responsible for execution of integrated project plan for a complex program of work ensuring quality deliverables, stakeholder management, adherence to best practice of product implementation, governance with client and vendor (Finastra), and constraint management.

- Deep understanding of software development processes and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).

4. Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

5. Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:
- Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues quickly.
- Ability to make informed decisions under pressure.

6. Stakeholder Management:
- Experience in managing relationships with various stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
- Ability to negotiate and manage expectations effectively.

7. Risk Management:
- Proficiency in identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Experience in handling project crises and ensuring continuity.
Mandatory Skills Description:
- 8+ years of Project / Program management experience
- Project / Program management certifications
- Implementation of Capital Markets platforms (Calypso, Murex, Summit, Sophies, ....etc.) is a MUST
