Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Project/Program Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects and programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex IT initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget, while meeting business objectives. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Project/Program Planning:
Define project/program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project/program plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Ensure alignment of projects with organizational goals and IT strategy.
Execution and Monitoring:
Lead and manage project teams, ensuring clear communication of roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
Monitor project/program progress, track key milestones, and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project/program success.
Ensure quality assurance processes are in place and followed throughout the project lifecycle.
Stakeholder Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project/program status, risks, and outcomes.
Facilitate collaboration between technical teams, business units, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns proactively.
