Job Details

Job Title: Contact Center Platform Project Manager
Location: Austin, TX
Duration: 12+ Month Contract
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a seasoned project manager who has managed (single handedly or with other PMs) highly cross functional projects across multiple years of delivery.
It is required that they have managed a project, prepared project plans, communicated & managed risk registers independently.
Here are the key qualifications that are needed
Min 5 years of PM experience (Waterfall + Agile/Scrum)
Must have contact center experience. Genesys solutions experience is a nice to have.
Must have run large scale programs which consists of individual projects run by other PMs.
Should display excellent qualities to influence decisions on the program
Excellent communication skills
Proactive
Hardworking
Self Learner
Ability to influence others
Ability to drive projects toward completion
Ability to jump over impediments quickly
Has experience keeping large cross functional projects organized
