Job Description: Onsite Program Management (Oracle EBS)
Overall, 18 to 20+ years of Total IT experience & 7+ years of Oracle EBS Project/Program management
Experience managing large transformation projects that involves - migrating from Non-Oracle ERP to Oracle R12 EBS
Worked as Techno-Functional consultant in Oracle R12 EBS
Identifying potential risks to current and future projects, and work in collaboration with ASDM, Account manager and Customer leadership teams
Able to drive through weekly status report and meetings with customer stakeholders on the Program/Projects delivery Status
Coordinate/Communicate with Internal teams to ensure project quality metrics are tracked & reported
Resource management including PMs and resources
Work with PMO & Competency teams in planning on resource allocations & releases
Work with Recruitment teams in planning on new resources hiring and onboarding
