Pay Range: $22 - $23/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Skills-Installation, Configuration, Troubleshooting.
  • Build, configure, and prepare laptops according to customer specifications.
  • Perform remote sessions with customers using Microsoft Teams to complete configurations and verify satisfaction.
  • Conduct desktop swaps and ensure seamless transition and functionality of devices.
  • Coordinate shipment of completed devices to the end user.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the setup process.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of builds, sessions, and shipping details.
  • Collaborate with team members and follow company protocols for asset handling and data security.
