Immediate need for a talented Desktop Support Technician . This is a 12+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Naperville, IL (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $22 - $23/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Skills-Installation, Configuration, Troubleshooting.
- Build, configure, and prepare laptops according to customer specifications.
- Perform remote sessions with customers using Microsoft Teams to complete configurations and verify satisfaction.
- Conduct desktop swaps and ensure seamless transition and functionality of devices.
- Coordinate shipment of completed devices to the end user.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the setup process.
- Maintain accurate documentation of builds, sessions, and shipping details.
- Collaborate with team members and follow company protocols for asset handling and data security.
