Job Title: Project Manager ERP Finance

Project Duration: 6 months (possible + 6 month extensions)

Location: Remote (CST times) 7-4 CST

Pay Rate: $30/hr - $40/hr (depending on experience)

Job Description:

Consultant will be working on internal business divesture type of projects. Current R2R (Record to Report) team needs an operational finance manager who has experience with being able to discuss ledger separation, balance ledgers, and financials processes. Prefer a resource who has experience with divestiture.

Required Experience and Skills:

Experience:

• Understanding of the finance processes, requirements, and challenges in cash & bank, GL accounting, asset accounting and intercompany areas. Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify gaps and inefficiencies within current ERP systems
• ERP finance modules implementation
• Project management overseeing and managing ERP projects from inception to completion. This involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing timelines, and ensuring that the project stays within budget

Skills:

• Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4 HANA, Oracle Fusion and it s finance modules
• Must be able to analyze complex problems and devise effective solutions. This includes interpreting data, understanding business processes, and identifying areas for improvement
• Being able to manage projects efficiently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to troubleshoot issues and develop innovative solutions
• Building relationships and working collaboratively with clients, team members, and various stakeholders
• Accounting experience (general accounting skills + certificate at least in progress (ACCA/CPA)

Must Have Skills:

• Strong EU Financials/Accounting experience
• Operations Financials resource
• Global financials experience
• Work US CST time zone
• Mexico or Brazil
• English/Spanish speaking or English/Portuguese speaking

Nice to Have:

• Divestiture experience
