Information Technology Director

Our healthcare client in Seattle is in need of an IT director on a six month contract to hire.

  • Responsibilities will include leading, mentoring and coordinating the IT team ensuring the efficient operation of computing systems and equipment, and contributing to the strategic planning and execution of the advancement of organizations IT infrastructure. Duties will encompass providing operational and programmatic support, mentoring information technology staff, and collaborating with the CIO on strategic tactical matters related to information technology.

Education: Bachelor s degree in information technology, Computer Science or related field required. Master s degree strongly preferred.

Experience: At least 5 years of network, system management of deployment, monitoring, maintenance upgrades and support of IT systems experience. At least 5 years experience managing and leading high functioning, highly accountable IT teams. Minimum of 3 years maintaining an annual IT budget greater than or equal to $3 million. Experience supporting healthcare clinics with Epic EMR strongly preferred.

Other Requirements (s) Microsoft certification required. Azure apps and infrastructure certification preferred.
