Top Three Skills:

1. Mid-Sr. Project Management experience - This person will need to have experience with core IT project management functions. Managing multiple project, team, team members, deadlines, daily, monthly and quarterly planning. Agile or Waterfall method - either is OK

2. Project Management within Security and/or Financial Audit projects - This person will be allocated to project involving SOC/ISO and NIST security compliance Frameworks which will include a financial auditing. They will be providing PM support for current and future audits, managing auditors, SME engagements, audit tracking and resolution tracking.

3. Communication and Presentation Skills - This person will be working with Internal and External Customers as well as Third party audit partners. They must be able to effectively communicate and present to all level of individuals throughout this project.

Job Description:

Our client is an industry leading global storage and data management company. They offer software, systems and services to manage and store data. A publicly traded company that is based in Sunnyvale, CA. but has a HQ in RTP, NC.

The EIS (Enterprise Information Security) organization is responsible for all Information Security functions including but not limited to the following: Internal Audit Systems, Network Security, Vulnerability Management, Incident Response, Security Architecture and Governance, Risk and Compliance. At this time the team is compiled of 61 total individuals.

In this role, you will be providing traditional project management support for current and future Audits related to NIST, ISO and SOC 2. This person will be managing the audits, managing auditors, SME engagements, tracking audit actions and resolutions. They will be working with internal customers, external customers as well as 3rd party individuals involved in these audits.

This person should have the following experience:
- 5-7 years IT project management experience
- 2-4 years of experience managing IT security audits and/or financial audits
- Knowledge of IT Security compliance such as ISO 27001, NIST 800, SOC 2
- Ability work with internal and external customers as well as 3rd party vendors
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time
