We are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior SCADA Engineer to join our energy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems within the energy industry. Responsibilities

1. Design, implement, and maintain SCADA systems for energy management and control.
2. Develop and implement PLC programs using GE RX3i and IEC 61131 standards.
3. Use Python and Advanced Python for scripting and automation tasks.
4. Manage communication protocols such as DNP, Modbus, SEL Protocols, and IEC 61850.
5. Ensure network security and integrity using TCP/IP protocols.
6. Develop and maintain HMI screens using Ignition, Copa Data Zenon, OSIPI, Wonderware, Clearview, and AcSELerator RTAC.
7. Utilize Machine ED for data analysis and reporting.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system interoperability and efficiency.
9. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SCADA systems.
10. Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in SCADA systems and implement them as required.

Qualifications

1. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in SCADA systems, preferably in the energy industry.
3. Proficiency in GE RX3i, PLC programming, and IEC 61131.
4. Strong programming skills in Python and Advanced Python.
5. Experience with DNP, Modbus, SEL Protocols, and IEC 61850.
6. Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and network security.
7. Experience with Ignition, Copa Data Zenon, OSIPI, Wonderware, Clearview, and AcSELerator RTAC.
8. Familiarity with Machine ED and data analysis.
9. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team.
10. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex systems in simple terms.
