Job Title: Enterprise Sales Director
Location: Encino, CA - Remote - Preferred Locals

Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Enterprise Sales Director to lead new business development and revenue growth across our enterprise client segment. This role is responsible for the full sales cycle, from strategic planning and prospecting to contract negotiation and closure. The ideal candidate brings a successful track record in selling complex SaaS solutions to large enterprises and thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve/exceed ARR targets
- Prospect, engage, and close new enterprise opportunities
- Own the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, qualifying, pitching, and closing
- Utilize latest sales tech and AI tools to create repeatable, efficient processes
- Foster strong relationships with key enterprise stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally to tailor client-specific solutions
- Provide accurate pipeline forecasting and performance reporting
- Negotiate enterprise contracts and pricing aligned with company goals
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to refine sales strategy
- Contribute as a senior leader to business strategy and growth initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, consistently meeting/exceeding quotas
- Strong expertise in SaaS-based enterprise solutions
- Demonstrated ability to manage and close high-value, complex sales deals
- Strategic account-based selling experience
- Proficiency in sales analytics and ROI-based decision making
- Polished presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to confidently engage and influence C-level stakeholders
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce preferred) and methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger)
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
