Job Details

Role: Technical Sales Engineer

Location: Hudson, MA or Berlin, CT or Lancaster, PA (Relocation $ Available)

Role Type: Full time

Salary: $100,000 + commissions

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in engineering

* 5+ years of experience in Technical Sales within the custom injection molding industry

* Solid foundation of technical knowledge of custom plastic injection molding

* Previous experience in a customer facing / Engineering role

* Professional written and verbal communication

* Flexibility and willingness to travel to customer sites

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Essential Duties May Include:

* Focusing on expanding client base by proactively identifying and sourcing custom plastic injection molding opportunities for production

* Effectively demonstrating technical features of injection molding capabilities to prospective clients

* Driving sales by building and maintaining strong business relationships while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty

* Travelling to customer sites and providing personalized service and support as well as managing on-site visits to showcase the facility and processes

* Collaborating with Engineering teams to develop accurate and competitive price quotes and proposals tailored to client needs

* Consistently meeting and exceeding established sales goals, tracking progress and adjusting strategies to maximize success
