3) can meet the min required experience + experience with
Knowledge of / Experience with implementation of cloud-based data warehousing concepts
Experience with managing development of a customer-facing application project
Knowledge of / Experience with Snowflake Data Lake/warehouse
4) can provide at least 3 verifiable experience ((i.e., names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers of contact person(s), description of work performed, dates of hire, etc.) from completed and/or substantially completed jobs that closely match this request + fill out a skill Matrix
5) can agree to provide a criminal history record check. The Criminal history record checks must be conducted through the state crime bureau in each state where the consultant indicates residence, employment, education and/or training over the past ten years. YOUR STATUS WILL ALSO BE VERIFIED USING E-VERIFY SYSTEM.

Each staff member assigned to this project must have a background screening that is equivalent to a Level Two (2) screening standard.
This is a fixed fee/hourly based project which is inclusive of travel, lodging, per diem expenses and all other costs associated with the completion of the associated tasks.
Interviews:
In the event an interview is requested they will be conducted remotely via Microsoft Teams.
Telecommuting: Telecommuting is not an option for this position.
Mandatory Experience Scope of Work
Required consultant experience provided by Contractor, shall include:
PMP Certification from PMI (include Certificate #) Experience managing IT projects (12+ years) Successfully managed the delivery of data warehouse projects over the last 5-7 years Managed large-scale vendor-based system implementations.
Preferred Experience:
Knowledge of / Experience with implementation of cloud-based data warehousing concepts
Experience with managing development of a customer-facing application project
Knowledge of / Experience with Snowflake Data Lake/warehouse
Knowledge of / Experience in change management process and procedures (internal staff through external customer base). This would include enterprise and public communication / training planning and management.
Experience integrating waterfall and agile project management methodologies.
Knowledge of project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
o Knowledge of the Florida Information Technology Project Management and Oversight Standards - Rules 60GG-1.001 through 60GG-1.009, F.A.C.
o Knowledge of ISO / IEC 20000 Information Technology Service Management
o Knowledge of MS Office Suite, MS-Project
o Knowledge of Microfocus PPM
o Knowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO)
o Knowledge of JIRA
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and schedule
o Ability to understand business functionality to support the project.
o Ability to manage multiple work streams on a project and keep them on schedule.

Required Duties and Responsibilities of Consultant shall include but are not limited to:
Remote work is not available for this one (1) position, no exceptions. The location of this position is in Tallahassee, Florida.
Project Management for the PTO Data warehouse project
o Manage all aspects of the PTO Data warehouse project across the enterprise
o Integration management: directing and managing all work for the project; monitoring and controlling the project work and managing any necessary changes; facilitates cooperation and motivates team members to accomplish group goals
o Scope management: Defining and managing scope and requirements; validating and controlling the scope of the project
o Time management: Planning, defining, and developing schedules, activities, estimating resources and activity durations; monitor the progress of a project; compare actual performance against planned/scheduled performance; adjusts schedule / resources to ensure that key milestones are reached
o Quality management: Planning and identifying quality requirements; performing all aspects of managing quality; controlling the quality of deliverables
o Human Resource management: Planning and identifying human resource needs; selecting, developing, managing, and coordinating a project team made up of multiple programs within CLIENT and Vendor staff
o Communications and Organizational Change management: Planning and managing all aspects of project communications; define the content and the format of project communications / reports based on information requirements of specific stakeholders or groups; coordinate organizational change communications internally and externally (to include instruction and training where needed); ensure appropriate documentation is created/updated throughout the project processes; provide knowledge transfer to technical and non-technical staff as needed
o Risk management: Planning for and identifying potential risks; performing qualitative and quantitative risk analysis; planning risk mitigation strategies; implementing and managing mitigation strategies
o Stakeholder management: Coordinating and maintaining stakeholders from a variety of CLIENT and external entities and the public; planning and managing stakeholder expectations
o Managing the project(s) in accordance with the requirements the Florida Information Technology Project Management and Oversight Standards - Rules 60GG-1.001 through 60GG-1.009, F.A.C. Providing all documentation required.
Follow all Department, ISP, and team defined standards and procedures
Performs other related duties, as required
Education/Certifications:
Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS) or other technology related field.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Child Support Obligations
Consultant is expected to be current and remain current with respect to any and all ordered child support obligations, including medical support, at the time of proposal and for the duration of the contract. The selected vendor must not hire individuals to work on this contract who are not current with respect to any and all ordered support obligations, including medical support.
Tax Obligations
Consultant is expected to comply with all state and federal tax laws and to remain in compliance throughout the term of this contract.
