In this role, you will oversee MVP (Minimum Viable Product) deployments, security phases, and iterative rollouts, while addressing gaps in project management processes to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with security and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale M365 deployments, driving compliance initiatives, and delivering high-quality, secure solutions in complex, enterprise environments.

<>Key Responsibilities:</>
  • Project Management & Delivery:

    • Lead and manage the full project lifecycle of Microsoft 365 deployments, including MVP deployments, security phases, and iterative rollouts.
    • Identify gaps in existing project management processes and take proactive steps to address inefficiencies and streamline project execution.
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, milestones, timelines, and resources required for successful M365 rollouts.
    • Ensure that all projects are executed in alignment with business objectives, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery while meeting quality standards.
  • Compliance & Security Management:

    • Oversee the integration of security and compliance phases within M365 deployments, ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks such as DFARS, ITAR, and other relevant standards.
    • Work with internal security, compliance, and legal teams to ensure M365 tools and configurations are in full compliance with applicable regulations.
    • Ensure that data security, privacy controls, retention policies, and access management requirements are incorporated into all M365 deployment phases.
  • MVP Deployment & Iterative Rollouts:

    • Lead MVP (Minimum Viable Product) deployments, ensuring that key features are delivered in a secure and compliant manner, aligning with stakeholder needs.
    • Oversee the iterative rollout process of Microsoft 365 solutions, ensuring incremental updates are managed effectively while maintaining security, compliance, and functionality.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders and business units to gather feedback and refine the MVP based on real-world use cases, ensuring each deployment phase is optimized for efficiency and user experience.
  • Risk Management & Issue Resolution:

    • Proactively identify and manage project risks, including security and compliance risks, and implement mitigation plans.
    • Actively resolve project issues and bottlenecks by working with cross-functional teams to deliver timely solutions.
    • Ensure all project deliverables meet security, compliance, and quality requirements before advancing to the next phase of deployment.
  • Stakeholder & Cross-functional Collaboration:

    • Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders across IT, security, compliance, and business units to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for project-related updates, risks, and decisions, ensuring transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to track progress, resolve issues, and keep all parties informed of project status and developments.
  • Documentation & Reporting:

    • Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, timelines, risk logs, compliance reports, and lessons learned.
    • Provide regular status updates and project reports to senior leadership and stakeholders, highlighting key risks, accomplishments, and upcoming milestones.
    • Ensure all project-related documentation is accurate, complete, and easily accessible for review and audit purposes.
  • Continuous Improvement:

    • Continuously evaluate project delivery methods and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement in project management practices.
    • Incorporate lessons learned from previous deployments to enhance future project success and reduce delivery risks.
    • Stay current on industry trends, Microsoft 365 updates, and compliance regulations to ensure ongoing improvements and optimization of the M365 deployment process.
<>Qualifications:</>

  • Extensive experience in managing MVP deployments, security phases, and iterative rollouts for large-scale Microsoft 365 solutions.
  • Strong understanding of compliance frameworks such as DFARS, ITAR, NIST, and CMMC, and their application in M365 environments.
  • Proven ability to identify and address gaps in project management processes to improve overall project efficiency and success.
  • Expertise in managing the deployment of security and compliance controls within Microsoft 365, including data protection, access management, and retention policies.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, compliance, and business units, to align project goals with organizational priorities.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
