Job Details

Note: Please note this position is for Remote but some time travel is needed to visit client location.

Job Description / Responsibilities:

  • Experienced in implementing Incentive Management module
  • Experienced in merger programs to review different landscapes and understand the features and gaps and build solution architecture for merger of the HCM systems
  • Experience with integrating and interfacing third-party vendor systems/applications with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Excellent understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management process in Global organizations
  • Working closely with a large teams to deliver results for the client
  • Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirements and SuccessFactors modules covered
  • Expertise in providing Consulting Services to the Global organizations in HCM Best Practices and help clients to migrate to SAP HCM Cloud solutions
  • Translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution Design in compliance with the Best Practices
  • Expertise in blueprint designs, System configuration in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook / Business Blueprint
  • Preparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts and support UAT
  • Performing Cut-over, Go-live, support Hypercare and documentation for Knowledge Transition
  • Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned client project managers to develop the scope, strategy, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and governance for the project
  • 8-10 years of experience as Solution Architect, Configuration, and Implementation of SuccessFactors modules
  • Incentive Management expertise
  • 10+ Years of experience require.
