IT Project Manager

We re seeking an IT Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments with rapidly shifting deadlines. This role is ideal for someone who brings a blend of technical understanding, agile delivery experience, and exceptional stakeholder communication skills. You ll play a central role in managing complex software/cloud-based projects for an Enterprise-level client in the automotive/consumer brand space.

*Hybrid Schedule in Plano, TX (3 days onsite per week)*

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of software/cloud projects, ensuring alignment on requirements, timelines, and milestones.

• Own sprint planning, run scrum meetings, and deliver regular status reports to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Build and manage Gantt charts and other timeline visuals to walk stakeholders through deliverables and dependencies.

• Collaborate closely with other PMs and cross-functional teams to ensure deadlines are met and blockers are resolved quickly.

• Interface with senior stakeholders and maintain high client visibility throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager working within or on behalf of Enterprise-level organizations.

• Strong experience managing software/cloud development projects, ideally for well-known consumer or automotive brands.

• Proven ability to operate effectively under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.

• Highly experienced in Agile/Scrum, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivering complex programs at pace.

• Excellent communication skills; comfortable leading discussions and updates with stakeholders and execs.

• Proficient with Gantt charts and timeline management tools.

Nice to Have:

• PMP certification

• Experience in agency environments supporting Enterprise clients

• Background in high-tech or automotive industries preferred
