Pay Details: $40.00 to $53.00 PER HOUR

Summary: Seeking a Systems Engineer with experience in analyzing system/subsystem specifications for modifications to hardware and software, particularly related to ground-based navigational aids and non-radar surveillance systems.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze system/subsystem specification (SSS) requirements to determine modifications to hardware and software.
- Participate in all stages of product lifecycle from customer requirement capture through development.
- Work on ground-based navigational aids (NAVAIDS) and non-radar surveillance systems.
- Maintain specification, design, implementation, integration, and testing of Navaid products.
- Support configuration management activities for design qualification testing.
- Contribute to system-level integration in terms of requirements and execution of hardware and software integration.
- Participate in peer reviews of system requirements.
- Participate in the integration of software and hardware.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in systems, electrical, or software engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in using tracking software such as Jira.
- Proficiency in using requirement management tools like DOORS.
- Ability to read and update schematics.
- Some mechanical knowledge, AutoCAD experience.
- Experience with DOD and/or FAA programs.
