Job Details

Service Desk Support

  • Knowledge of basic computer systems, software and peripherals, including upgrades, provisioning of new equipment, diagnostics.
  • Operational knowledge of MS Word, Project, Power Point and Excel are required.
  • Extensive application support experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat and Creative Suite.
  • Working knowledge installing and troubleshooting software and apps.
  • Ability to re-image computer from vanilla OS or prebuilt image.
  • Experience supporting mobile devices, iPads and iPhones.
  • Work with ServiceNOW and manage service desk requests, incidents and problems.
  • Understand and manage the escalation process for urgent tickets and outages.
  • General knowledge of integrated audio-visual systems.
  • Experience Working with WebEx, Zoom and Teams/ set up of VTC equipment is preferred.

Other Skills and Abilities

  • Understanding of M365 and Azure
  • Basic System Administration with Microsoft Window Server 2019 / 2022 and VMware
  • Knowledge of Vmware and Pure SAN s

Experience

  • 5 - 10 years experience in information technology
  • Previous experience supporting end users
  • Experience managing service desk operations, ticket management, and escalation procedures
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and remote teams
