Marketing Communications Administrator III

Location: Maplewood, MN (Hybrid, on site Tue, Wed, Thurs)

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

1) Supporting the development of holistic, integrated communications programs to increase awareness and drive purchase intent of branded products across B2B audiences worldwide.

2) Partnering with cross-functional teams and managing marketing agency partners to ensure alignment of program execution and deliverables.

3) Basic editing InDesign and PPT files.

4) Proactively managing approved project budgets and tracking in Excel document.

5) Enforcing proper brand usage and ensuring full brand compliance in created social, video, web, sales, print and in-person assets (visual/verbal/written/image identity).

6) Managing the development of foundational and campaign assets in full compliance of standard operating procedures.

Additional Job Description

To set you up for success in this role from day one, our company is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university is required.
  • Minimum four (4) years of Agency (account, project management, production, graphic design or digital role), and/or Corporate/Business marketing experience.
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience leading marketing projects with cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent writing and proofing skills, high-level of creativity, and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
  • Strong project facilitation and communication skills.
  • Prior experience writing creative briefs.
  • Customer/client-centric mindset combined with contagious enthusiasm, passion, and curiosity.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft products including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing channels such as Social Media, Email/Marketing Automation, Tradeshows, Website, Brochures, etc.
