Business Analyst-Organizational Transformation
Memphis, TN (onsite)

The Business Analyst-Organizational Transformation will conduct change analysis across multiple business units to support a large-scale organizational shift. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with demonstrated experience synthesizing multiple perspectives to re-align job roles around new technology. This role requires excellent communication skills with an ability to evaluate requirements, develop actionable plans, and resolve questions quickly.

Essential Job Functions:
Execute and educate on the intent, objectives, and activities of throughout the maturity of our Customer Data Platform.
Create an end-to-end plan to integrate new technology coordinating between business stakeholders, leadership, and IT partners
Analyze (or re-engineer) business and technology processes clearly and comprehensively
Document business process flows using standard tools (MS Visio or Similar)
Define and evaluate change effectiveness against measurable objectives. Inform stakeholders and leadership periodically on progress.
Demonstrate experience with one or more documentation tools to create high quality knowledge base articles/technical documentation/workflows with consistent
Leverage multiple communication channels targeted to various audience sizes and technical backgrounds.
3-4+ years of experience
