Lead Systems Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Los Angeles, CA that is seeking a Lead Systems Specialist with a strong background in the banking domain, system integration and knowledge on data migration.

Responsibilities:
* Lead system integration and migration, ensuring smooth interoperability and accurate data transfer between banking systems and external platforms.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define objectives, and deliver scalable IT solutions.
* Leverages in-depth knowledge of business functions, business processes and key objectives to develop solutions aligned with business needs
* Maintain effective communication across all stakeholder groups, bridging technical and non-technical perspectives
* Mentor junior team members, providing technical guidance, fostering professional growth, and enhancing team dynamics
* Create and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications, technical designs, user manuals, and progress reports
* Oversee and support testing to ensure the reliability, scalability, and compliance of solutions within the banking domain
* Follows IT security best practices, policies and procedures in support of IT security programs Utilize .NET technologies where applicable for application development, customization, and seamless integration
* Promote Agile practices within the team to optimize collaboration, efficiency, and project delivery timelines

REQUIREMENTS:
* Degree or equivalent work experience in related discipline (Computer Science, Information Systems, etc.)
* Solid understanding of project methodology, SDLC process, Identify Access Management (IAM), Single Sign On, Active Directory, Managed File Transmission process
* Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to create solutions

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
