Our client, a highly-respected Federal Integrator, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Delivery Director to lead the delivery of client projects and programs, ensuring outstanding client satisfaction and operational excellence. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, manage cross-functional teams, and oversee project portfolios that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Leadership: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring alignment with their strategic objectives.

  • Team Oversight: Lead and mentor delivery teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and accountability.

  • Program Management: Oversee the execution of client programs, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and on-budget delivery while meeting key performance indicators.

  • Operational Efficiency: Develop and optimize processes for seamless service delivery and enhanced client satisfaction.

  • Business Growth: Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and innovative solutions that meet client needs.

  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and address potential risks or challenges, ensuring smooth project execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (Master s preferred).

  • 8+ years of client delivery, project management, or consulting experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, complex client accounts with a focus on delivering value.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.

  • Financial management experience, including budget oversight and P&L responsibility.
