Job Title: Genesis Business Analyst

Location: Remote

Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive Genesis Business Analyst to support client in improving business processes and system enhancements within the Genesis platform. This remote role involves working with stakeholders to analyze, document, and implement improvements that align with client.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business processes and recommend system enhancements.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with Genesis platform capabilities.

Lead requirements gathering sessions and document business needs and specifications.

Use process mapping techniques to streamline operations.

Work with development teams to design scalable solutions.

Assist in testing and validating system changes.

Create reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in healthcare or insurance.

Strong knowledge of the Genesis platform or similar solutions.

Proficient in requirements gathering, process mapping, and system integration.

Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.

Experience with Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, and data visualization tools.

BA/BS in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; CBAP certification is a plus.
