This individual will play a key role in driving enterprise data integration and analysis strategy. What you will do:
- Manage projects for data integration by utilizing strong analytical skills to gather insights and make decisions based on the data
- Create scalable integration solutions to meet the needs of the business now and in the future
- Lead the team in the use of cutting-edge technology and innovative approaches while fostering a data-first mindset across the team
- Offer guidance on technical architecture and new trends in the field while contributing to strategic initiatives
- Innovate in AI and integration strageties
- Collaborate with data engineers and other teams to deploy solutions
- Document processes and ensure compliance with regulations
- Resolve integration issues quickly and provide support for complex challenges
What you will need to be successful:
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise data integration, analysis, and development
- 1 to 3 years of experience with Salesforce
- Expertise in MuleSoft, Kafka, Snowflake; passionate about learning and innovation
- Proficiency with evaluating, documenting, and enhancing integration strategies across systems, which may include cloud databases and internal platforms
- Strong understanding of operational data stores and database architecture (SQL Server, MongoDB, Snowflake); skilled in relational and non-relational concepts
- Proficient in custom SOQL queries, data integration, Salesforce objects, data structure, and data management best practices
- Experienced in mentoring team members and driving technology innovation
- Effective problem-solver with strengths in root cause analysis and continuous improvement
- Ability to communicate effectively with various teams across locations
- Prior experience as a senior developer overseeing complex multi-subsystem projects
