IAM Metrics KPI Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and self-driven IAM Metrics Analyst to join the Identity Access Management (IAM) team within the larger Information Security function. This individual will be responsible for building and automating IAM-specific metrics, KPIs, and KRIs, and delivering insightful reporting to both internal IAM leaders and executive leadership teams.

This role requires strong Power BI skills, a deep understanding of IAM reporting and performance frameworks, and the ability to work independently to execute end-to-end reporting strategies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Design and implement IAM Metrics, KPIs, and KRIs to support both internal operations and strategic leadership reporting.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards that automate the collection and display of IAM performance data.
• Translate complex IAM data into executive-friendly visuals and summaries.
• Collaborate with the Information Security Metrics/KPI team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of IAM-related data.
• Develop automation strategies to move away from manual reporting, targeting real-time data visibility.
• Ensure data completeness, accuracy, and consistency across all IAM metrics.
• Lead reporting cadence and presentations for leadership on trends, anomalies, and performance insights.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5 7+ years of experience in IT Security metrics, IAM reporting, or security analytics.
• Advanced proficiency with Power BI (data connectors, dashboards, DAX, visuals).
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.).
• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining KPI/KRI programs within IT or IAM.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience developing metrics for Identity Access Management (IAM) functions (e.g., provisioning, access reviews, PAM).

• Experience integrating with IAM tools (e.g., SailPoint, Active Directory, ServiceNow, CyberArk).
• Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and control monitoring environments.
