Primary Responsibilities:

  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining Tableau and Alteryx Software as well as other Business Intelligence platforms on Windows and Linux servers, located in UHG Data Centers and Azure public cloud. Assignments include the completion of multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Create and troubleshoot connectivity to many disparate data sources across Network Domains
  • Analysis and resolution of infrastructure vulnerabilities for OS and Third-Party software products
  • Develop solutions for Application Management and Automation across multiple platforms
  • Audit and align all current and future application platforms to use a common code base and repository
  • Advance development of the set of processes that monitor and report on current and future platforms
  • Share administrative duties with other BI administrators for deployments located in several locations in the US
  • Business contracts for BI deployments, support, and war rooms will require non-core business hours to comply with business SLAs

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent education with Business Service Support Readiness, including ServiceNow, ITSM/CMDB and Identity Management
  • 3+ years of experience with Azure Portal Resource creation and management. Python, GitHub, Terraform and Azure Administration
  • 3+ years of experience in the provisioning process for all types of infrastructure, including F5s, VMs, Reverse Proxies and Web Services

  • United States Citizenship

  • Proven solid team skills for multi - week/month collaborative projects
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and priorities
  • Demonstrated passion for technical growth and flexibility for knowledge transfer amongst peers
  • Self-motivated problem solver with network and server applications

The salary range for this role is $89,800 to $176,700 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
