Job Details

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineering Product Manager to identify and solve supply chain challenges through software solutions. This role will involve collaborating with supply chain teams to align software features with operational workflows and drive efficiencies. You will oversee the full product lifecycle, including ideation, design, development, testing, deployment and post-launch improvements. You will work directly with users to gather feedback, identify pain points and uncover opportunities for product enhancement. You will also work with our software team to manage and prioritize a robust backlog, ensuring clear communication of priorities and timelines.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with engineering, design and business teams to translate customer and stakeholder requirements into actionable user stories and technical specifications
  • Act as the primary liaison between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring alignment across both functions
  • Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with business goals
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap, ensuring prioritization based on customer impact, feasibility and ROI
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups and retrospectives
  • Coordinate the release of software, ensuring smooth deployment and delivery
  • Prepare and distribute release notes, user documentation, and training materials to ensure stakeholders and end-users are informed and equipped
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, using data-driven insights to inform continuous improvement

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in software development, with a strong understanding of software engineering principles or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in managing technical products and collaborating with engineering teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
  • Ability to work closely with engineering teams and architects to address complex data and software-specific challenges, driving solutions that enhance supply chain operations and efficiency
  • Experience or familiarity with supply chain operations

      $108,000 - $264,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
