We re seeking a Senior Product Manager to help our direct client define and contribute to the success of a multi-product platform. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, reliable, detailed, customer focused and driven to produce high quality work. This individual must thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Work with development teams, business teams, and external partners as you develop and communicate shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution.
- Owner of several significant portions of the product s functionality controlling all aspects of future iterations to optimize the business value of each area.
- Provide product leadership to a vibrant team of engineers and designers during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases.
- Communicate with external stakeholders regularly to unblock, communicate, and translate feedback bidirectionally about the progress.
- Measure and review data on product changes to determine the need to iterate further.
- Understand the strategic and competitive position and deliver products that drive the business forward, balancing both short- and long-term goals.
- Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are expected.
Requirements:
- Top 3 Skills:
- Knowledge of Web Portals and Public Web Page management
- Strategic View of Web Portals developing a 3-year road map
- People Skills and support for Senior Stakeholders
- 5 - 7 years of experience as a product manager in a fast-paced technology-oriented company, with product ownership from idea to execution.
- Strong sense for quality and user experience.
- Able to properly determine scope, key milestones, objectives and dependencies of a project.
- Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Experience working in lending companies or FinTech companies.
- Understanding of the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable web and mobile applications.
- Experience working in an agile environment.
