Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in network engineering with a focus on Cisco Meraki products (e.g., Meraki MS, MX, MR, and Meraki Dashboard)
• Proven ability to configure and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
• Experience with VLANs, VPNs, and routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, or EIGRP
• Knowledge of network security best practices and protocols
• Familiarity with cloud-based network management and SD-WAN technologies
• Proficiency in network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Cisco certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or Meraki-specific certifications
• Experience with firewall management and network security appliances
• Exposure to network automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Python scripting)
• Familiarity with cloud networking platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Experience with network performance tuning and optimization

Tech Breakdown:

• 60% Cisco Meraki Networking (MS, MX, MR, Dashboard)
• 30% General Network Administration (Routers, Switches, Firewalls)
• 10% Network Security and Performance Tuning

Daily Responsibilities:

• 50% Hands-On - Configure and maintain Cisco Meraki devices, routers, and switches
• 30% Management Duties - Monitor and ensure network performance, security, and reliability
• 20% Team Collaboration - Work with IT, security, and other teams to optimize network solutions
