We are looking for a highly motivated and successful Technical Quality Program Manager to oversee and enhance the quality of our clients complex technological programs. This role demands a meticulous, data-driven approach and the ability to work across multiple time zones and with diverse teams. The successful candidate will be instrumental in strategizing automation, improving system and solution quality, and ensuring effective program delivery in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Data-Driven Quality Management: Employ a measurement-obsessed approach to monitor, analyze, and report on quality metrics. Utilize data to drive decisions and improve program outcomes consistently.
  • Cross-Geographical Leadership: Coordinate with leadership across different geographical locations to ensure seamless program delivery. Address challenges related to time zone differences and cultural diversity.
  • Team Leadership and Culture Building: Serve as a people leader to onshore and offshore leads, fostering a team culture that promotes collaboration and high performance. Ensure alignment of team efforts with organizational goals.
  • Hands-On Technical Expertise: Develop a comprehensive understanding of system functionality and integrations. Actively contribute to the enhancement of test coverage and the development of automation solutions.
  • Strategic Quality Assurance: Strategize and implement advanced quality assurance methodologies and controls across diverse banking domains, ensuring all products meet the highest standards before release.
  • Effective Communication: Maintain technical conversancy in all meetings to advocate for and ensure the development of the right solutions, bridging the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
