Job Details

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Learning & Development Program Manager for a Contract assignment with one of our premier SaaS clients. This position will be remote. Travel will be necessary 2-3 times throughout contract duration.

The Legal and Government Relations (LGR) team is accelerating professional development for the clients' global workforce, with a special focus on its legal professionals. As a Learning & Development Program Manager, you will drive the utilization of strategic initiatives owned by LGR. You will work as part of LGR and collaborate with members of the Global Talent Development team to create and deliver high quality and high impact work.

You will spend 30% of your time supporting the Legal and Government Relations inward-facing Learning & Development programs, including the LEAD high potential development program. The remaining 70% of your time will be focused on LGR's global training programs intended for the broad employee base.

Key focus areas include organisation and facilitation of talent and development initiatives; supporting specific programs for identified groups; driving adoption of our On Demand resources; managing communications and reporting; and ensuring various intranet sites are updated with relevant information.

Responsibilities :
  • Program Manage the LEAD high potential development program - guide the program management from planning, stakeholder engagement, production & execution, data management and evaluation.
  • Lead the communications plan for LGR Learning & Development programs and contribute to Compliance Training global communications
  • Handle administration and project management for LGR's learning and development governance committee and technology implementations
  • Partner with the Employee Experience teams supporting LGR to align on outcomes and deliverables for LGR programs.
  • Assist with user research, documentation, and quality assurance associated with LGR's training programs
  • Maintain the accuracy and relevance of information on the company intranet, "Inside Adobe ", and SharePoint
  • Lead instructional design projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Manage the external preferred supplier list for vendors used for the programs
  • Contribute to team forums and class discussion boards as required
  • Stay abreast of talent trends and advance thinking around solutions to further develop talent and organization effectiveness.

Required Skills
  • Min 3-5 years' experience working in a HR or L&D team environment
  • Capability and experience as a Learning & Development coordinator or HR Advisor
  • Consulting skills to work with HRBP and business leaders to conduct needs analysis and recommend impactful Learning and Development programs
  • Clear communicator with good stakeholder management skills
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, using Microsoft collaboration software (SharePoint, Teams, Forms)
  • Intermediate experience with Learning Management Systems (Adobe Learning Manager preferred)
  • Intermediate experience with Learning software and tools, Adobe Connect, MS Teams, Glint or similar survey tool
  • Well versed in data management and reporting using MS Excel or similar and related visualization dashboards, e.g. MS Power BI or Tableau
  • Strong personal leadership and influencing skills.
  • Strong collaborator who takes accountability for work outputs
  • Ability to prioritize and make recommendations about to improve practices and processes
  • Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects to completion
  • Comfortable working across cultures and with teams across Asia Pacific, India, EMEA and USA.
