JOB DESCRIPTION

Your Role

The Communications Platform within the Platform Strategy and Operations team is focused on driving the product and business planning process for cross functional teams across the enterprise. We analyze customer needs, market trends, and product requirements resulting in product enhancement and innovation. Products managed by the team include Shield Advisor, SmartComms, and RadiantOne. In this role you will be tasked with assessing data, providing feedback, implementing solutions, and providing support to our customer-facing team members. Your Work

In this role, you will:

  • Identify, understand, and develop ongoing key personas for product areas.
  • Exhibits natural and intuitive user empathy.
  • Determine and analyze KPIs at a product level to establish experience success, failures, and next steps through iteration.
  • Conduct secondary market research.
  • Effectively organize and lead brainstorming sessions.
  • Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements using the agile methodology
  • Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
  • Collaborate closely with enterprise architecture, information technology, business leaders and sales teams (as applicable) in the development, QA, and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success


QUALIFICATIONS

Your Knowledge and Experience

  • 6 - 8 years of experience in Product Management, Management Consulting, or Entrepreneurship.
  • Requires a BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics, Public Health, or Information Technology.
  • Graduate degree (e.g. MBA) is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with Shield Advisor preferred.
  • Prior experience required working in a call center or customer service environment preferred
  • Experience driving a product development lifecycle including writing JIRA stories, use case development, release planning, execution and post implementation planning.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills

Pay Range:

The pay range for this role is: $119,000.00 to $160,000.00 for California.
