What is the Logistics Team and why join?
As part of the IT Supply Chain Support team, you will provide front-line support for our growing Supply Chain operations through Oracle Fusion Cloud apps, on-prem EBS, custom applications, and more to help ensure our business partners continued success.

What will you be doing?
The individual we are looking to hire will work with a team of analysts and developers to support and enhance the on-prem and cloud Oracle systems. They will be required to learn our business processes and procedures, participate in meetings with business stakeholders globally, attend design and technical meetings, perform proof of concept as needed, and engage fully in all aspects of delivering solutions to the business. Additionally, this person will test various applications, conduct UAT as necessary, and work with the team to deploy technical components into production.

Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the support of existing Supply Chain applications.
  • Contribute to strategic improvements for operational resiliency and scalability.
  • Provide application solutions across different Oracle Application Technologies and custom platforms for supply chain operations.
  • Analyze data flow within Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud, and various boundary and custom web applications to identify solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical counterparts to provide functional details and work with them to deliver technical solutions.
  • Test end-to-end solutions to ensure complete satisfaction of internal and external users.
  • Create training documents, QA flows, and work instructions for end users.

Requirements:
  • 0-3 years of experience in business or system analysis.
  • Ability to understand user requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and relational databases.
  • Experience with support queue management.
  • Knowledge of object-oriented programming.
  • Preferred experience with Oracle Inventory or other supply chain modules.
  • Ability to work and collaborate with business and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology is a plus.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Self-directed and self-motivated.
  • Creative, innovative, and able to present alternative ideas.
  • Good active listening and communication skills.
