Title- .Net Delivery Lead
Location- Phoenix, AZ- Onsite

Job Description-

Delivery Skills:
Excellent proactive communication and presentation skills with senior business and IT leadership related to project delivery and its status.
Effectively communicate lead project team members with proper inputs and assignments of delivery tasks as required.
Expert in gathering, analyzing and finalizing customer requirements through active coordination customers, product and application teams.
Expert in product back log, create project and delivery timelines in coordination with product team and recognize, communicate the sensitivity of the project deliveries as per milestones to prioritize them.
Experience in Banking industry's Lending domain with its subsystems knowledge on Revolving line of Credits, Loans, Payments and Accounting.
Prefer people with background in Warehouse Lending or Residential Mortgage Services products development or delivery experience.

Technical Skills:
Prefer 12 + years of experienced professionals.
Expert in Microsoft .Net Framework IT enterprise grade systems development and delivery.
Expert in Web applications/services and systems integrations architecture, design, development and Support.
Expert level experience with at least one RDBMS like Microsoft SQL Server or Azure Databases and database query languages such as T-SQL, PL/SQL.
Advanced knowledge in Python and ETL processes.
Experience in Azure or AWS cloud-based IT systems development and deployment.
Ability to document/review and present the project deliveries like Requirements, Design, Application Guides and Delivery Artifacts.
Experience in CI/CD Pipelines development.
Experience in Waterfall and Agile SDLC processes.

Job Duties:
Work on multiple projects at a time as delivery lead, who coordinates with business, product and technology teams to deliver projects in a continuous delivery environment.
Participate in Waterfall or Agile cadence ceremonies to provide status updates, refine requirements to create Epics, features and user stories
Work with Architects, product and project teams to create, review and get approved required requirements, design and delivery documents.
Review the Test plans and provide inputs as need to QA team.
Deliver high quality programs and solutions as per enterprise standards for the User stories or IT ticket assigned.
Perform peer review for Code.
Review CI/CD pipelines to ensure code delivery adheres to enterprise standards like SAST, DAST, Code coverage
Should support the Level-2 Application support engineers in case of production issues.
