This is a career oriented position with a high growth marketing communications company for an IT Support Specialist.

You'll be helping internal staff leverage technology to perform their jobs by responding through the IT support desk issues and service requests. Also, you will provide ongoing maintenance and administration of virtualized servers.

This is an ideal opportunity for a career minded, positive individual with a technical aptitude and great people skills.

To be successful you should have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in IT support. The skills needed for this position are:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft desktop, O365 and Mac platforms
  • Experience with professional ticketing software
  • Some background with server administration; ideally VMware
  • Experience supporting printers and peripheral devices
  • Experience in resolving network issues
  • Excellent customer and interpersonal skills
  • A desire to help people use to technology
