Tulsa, Oklahoma has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager / Senior Interior Designer for our Interior Design Department. We are looking for a creative, empathetic and passionate Interior Designer with 6+ years of experience to fill a key design and project management role within our Interiors team.

The work includes:
• Accomplish project objectives through communication, management, mentoring, procuring project requirements, and ensuring the team understands and executes their roles, feels empowered and supported, and understands the roles of others.
• Develop and monitor project scope, schedule, budget, cost estimates, and quality control.
• Project Management to conduct programming, space planning, furniture and equipment layouts and lighting coordination; implement/oversee all phases of design projects.
• Manage stakeholders, risk, project delivery, scope changes, and conflicts.
• Specify and understand the impact of the project and make clear the expectations for quality of deliverables.
• Organize, communicate, and participate in progress meetings with the client and design team.
• Direct, delegate, and coordinate design team and consultants.
• Verify quality control review/oversite of design, deliverables, and construction administration.
• Define and communicate project team’s scope of work.
• Review and monitor invoices, pay applications, contracts, and proposals.
• Promote project and project team within the office and externally.
• Keep Department Lead updated.
• Directly responsible for client contact/client management.
• Maintain client relationship after completion of project to monitor building performance and client satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited program • Registered Interior Designer, or seeking registration
• Experience in interior design, coordination, documentation and construction
• Knowledge of commonly used concepts and best practices, as well as Evidence-Based Design
• Knowledge and understanding of building and zoning codes, accessibility standards, code review process and permitting.
• Motivational self-starter
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Ability to delegate, manage, and inspire others; confidence, honesty, commitment, and ability to see big picture.
