Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven IT Sales/Accounts Manager to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in IT sales and account management.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored IT solutions.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate target markets and expand the client base.
Client Presentations: Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective and existing customers.
Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.
Pipeline Management: Accurately forecast sales pipelines and maintain records of all sales activities using CRM tools.
Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including technical and support staff, to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3-5+ years of experience in IT sales or account management with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
Strong understanding of IT products and services, including [e.g., cloud computing, software solutions, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity].
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
