Position Description

We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Architecture Data Architect to join our team!

This role focuses on creating a scalable and efficient data architecture that supports business analytics, reporting, and data management efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data modeling, database design, data governance, and cloud-based data solutions. They will play a crucial role in ensuring data quality, accessibility, and security across the organization.

Key Capabilities

• Data Strategy
• Develop and implement a comprehensive data architecture that aligns with the organization's goals and supports business intelligence and analytics initiatives.
• Data Modeling
• Design data models for operational and analytical systems, ensuring consistency and scalability.
• Database Management
• Oversee the design and maintenance of database systems, ensuring performance optimization and security.
• Data Integration
• Define and implement data integration strategies across systems, both on-premise and in the cloud, ensuring seamless data flow across the enterprise.
• Collaboration
• Work closely with data engineers, application architects, and business stakeholders to align data strategies with overall enterprise architecture.
• Emerging Technologies
• Evaluate and recommend emerging data technologies, tools, and platforms that support the organization's data architecture.
• Data Governance

• Support and enforce data governance policies and standards to ensure data quality, security, and regulatory compliance.

Minimum Requirements

• Typically requires 13+ years, with 8+ years, of direct work related experience

Critical Skills

• Expertise in data modeling tools
• Experience with data governance frameworks and best practices.
• Experience Communicate architectural decisions and plans effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and other data management programming languages.
• Proven experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

• Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, data warehousing, and ETL processes.

Education

• Bachelor s degree in a technical discipline preferred or relevant professional experience

The national base pay range below is a good-faith estimate of what our client may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Client's assessment of the candidates knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity. $173,300 - $288,900
