Job Posting: Executive IT Support Specialist - White Glove Service
Onsite: West Omaha, NE

As the Executive IT Support Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring our executive team receives unparalleled IT support. This role will involve a mix of proactive IT management, on-demand assistance, training, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of our IT services. You will be the go-to point of contact for any technical requests and work with cross-functional experts to provide seamless IT solutions for our executives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Executive Support Team Management:

  • Establish and oversee a dedicated IT support team tailored for executives.
  • Ensure fast response times and customized support for all executive IT needs and inquiries.
  • Manage the activation and deactivation of specialized technical support based on executive requirements.
2. Proactive IT Maintenance and Monitoring:
  • Regularly inspect and maintain executive IT devices, including laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
  • Implement proactive monitoring to detect and address potential IT issues before they impact the executives.
3. On-Demand IT Assistance:
  • Provide immediate IT services for setting up new devices, troubleshooting, and enhancing device performance.
  • Offer prompt support during critical IT situations or emergencies.
4. Enhanced Data Security:
  • Apply advanced security protocols to safeguard executive data and communications.
  • Ensure full adherence to relevant data protection laws and company security policies.
5. Smooth Technology Integration:
  • Guarantee seamless implementation of new technologies and tools for executives.
  • Offer training and consistent support for new software, hardware, or technologies as required.
7. Detailed Documentation and Reporting:
  • Keep comprehensive records of all IT support tasks, configurations, and incidents.
  • Generate regular reports on IT performance, including response times, issue resolutions, and system health updates.
9. Ongoing Service Improvement and Feedback:
  • Continuously enhance IT support services by gathering and acting on executive feedback.
  • Regularly seek input from executives to identify areas for improvement and resolve any concerns.

Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of IT support experience, ideally in a corporate or executive support role.
  • Extensive knowledge of IT systems, including hardware, software, networking, and mobile technologies.
  • Experience supporting O365, Windows 10 and 11, MS Outlook
  • Strong troubleshooting and training experience, with a focus on high-quality IT service delivery.
  • Familiarity with corporate policies, data security regulations, and advanced security protocols.
  • Capability to prioritize tasks effectively and respond quickly to urgent IT requests.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with C-suite executives.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • A+ Certification
  • Previous experience in executive support or a white-glove service environment.
  • Familiarity with ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and collaborating with third-party service providers.
