Job Details

  • Domain Knowledge (Must):

    • Expertise in FinTech and Payment Systems.
    • Familiarity with SWIFT (ISO 15022, ISO 20022, MT, MX messages).
    • Experience with ACH - NACHA formats.
    • Understanding of securities messaging.

  • Agile Methodologies:

    • Proficient in Agile processes and defect tracking.
    • Expertise in requirements management tools and techniques.

  • Data Analysis:

    • Experience with SQL queries for data analysis, profiling, and validation.
    • Proficiency in working with large and diverse datasets.

  • Compliance Knowledge (Preferred):

    • Exposure to Financial Crimes Compliance (AML, Alert Investigations, SAR).
    • Experience with tools like Actimize, Fircosoft, or Bridger.

  • Software Development Knowledge:

    • Proficiency in Java or Python for scalable and resilient system design.
    • Experience in iterative software design and troubleshooting.
    • Knowledge of JSP and TagLib (Added Advantage).

  • Visualization and Reporting:

    • Ability to gather, analyze, and visualize data for continuous improvement of applications.
