Cyber Technology Asset Management (TAM) Manager - ServiceNow

As a TAM Manager, you will be a trusted adviser helping our clients manage their technology asset landscape through the lens of four value pillars: visible, optimize, secure, & comply. You will help our clients gain visibility of their technology landscape across their enterprise to effectively maximize asset value, optimize spend and reduce waste. You will also help our clients protect their assets from Cyber Threats and meet the demands of meeting today's complex regulatory compliance requirements.

As a TAM Manager, you will focus on delivering our TAM services leveraging ServiceNow's technology and bring value to our clients by understanding their needs, anticipating future needs, and executing on efforts to fulfill the needs while providing an inspiring client experience for them.

Work you will do

  • Lead and support project teams to help clients develop and implement leading practices, including designing, and transforming organizations and governance, process, and technology solutions to become industry leading organizations.
  • Provide guidance and manage activities which may be occurring simultaneously at the client. Illustrative activities may include asset renewals, ticket processing / fulfillment, cost optimization initiatives, process efficiency implementations, data analytics, security analysis, application/service modeling, system integration, and engagement reporting.
  • Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations, which meet client needs and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to our broader teams to ensure the successful execution of ServiceNow projects.
  • Perform assessments and evaluations of existing ServiceNow implementations, offering recommendations for improvements.
  • Participate in business development opportunities to gain experience our ServiceNow TAM practice
  • Client engagements will vary in complexity and duration.


Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of ServiceNow architecture, design, implementation, and technical experience in complex environments.
  • 3+ years of experience with key cloud technologies with extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
  • 3+ with ServiceNow ITAM and ITOM products: Software Asset, Hardware Asset, Cloud, Operational Technology Assets, Discovery, Service Mapping CMDB and related ServiceNow certifications.
  • Experience with core Technology Asset Management processes and best practices for large global organizations with complex environments and ability to manage functional teams.
  • Good understanding of web technologies (XML, HTML, Angular JS, Web Services) and JavaScript development on the ServiceNow platform and ability to manage technical teams.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders effectively, lead complex projects, and tie technology back to business needs and desired outcomes.
  • A passion for advising and guiding customers, excellent critical thinking skills, and effective communication abilities.
  • Professional services /consulting experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/project management software.
  • ITIL experience or certifications.
  • ITAM Industry-related certifications.
  • Additional ServiceNow certifications.
  • Scrum Master or Agile certifications.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $130,815 - $252,450.
