Department Overview
The PCR Devices Product Management Operations team has ownership for Commercial Products from product readiness through the lifecycle of the product.

The Operations Product Manager works closely with cross-functional teams including Product Planning, Engineering, Supply chain, Marketing, Service and Sales to plan and execute the product launch and the maintenance through the life of the product.
Job Description

The Operations Product Manager will be responsible for the setup, orderability, pricing implementation and overall readiness of the various teams supporting the product: Customer Service, Marketing, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, etc. The Ship Acceptance readiness is analyzed and granted by the Operations Product Manager. The Operations Product Manager is fully responsible for the product and related issues during the lifecycle of the product.

Product Management responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Manage the product portfolio from Product Readiness to Product Cancellation
  • Define the Ship Acceptance Plan and execute accordingly
  • Implement product pricing in collaboration with Sales and Finance
  • Implement product ordering according to regulatory compliance in specific countries
  • Create and maintain Price Pages for Partners and Customers
  • Create and Maintain product BOM (Bill of Materials)
  • Support Service Plan in collaboration with Service team
  • Evaluate competitive intelligence and recommend plans of action
  • Evaluate product financial performance and recommend plans of action
  • Evaluate customer feedback on performance/accessories/pricing and recommend plans of action
  • Suport Beta testing and Customer Touch Points (CTP)
  • Assess product quality issues and provide input on fixes
  • Assist go to market and pre-sales teams with request for support and related information
  • Work with the Marketing team to develop product brochures and maintain the integrity of the product website and all related information (brochures, user guides, service manuals, training information, etc).
  • Support availability of product software for partner/customer access.
  • Define product cancellation plans and execute accordingly.

Basic Requirements

Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of relevant technology experience in engineering or Product Planning or Product Management roles
