Work you'll do
As a ServiceNow Technology Project Manager, you will work closely to support the ServiceNow HRSD application. Key responsibilities include:
- Manage Technology Operations: Oversee the ServiceNow product, stabilize operations and drive system enhancements.
- Product Backlog Management:
- Prioritize, scope, and schedule internal configuration and development.
- Coordinate with Stakeholders to prioritize changes and enhancements.
- Manage deadlines and delivery schedules.
- Work with Deloitte Technology to expedite backlog work.
- Strategic Advisory Role: Act as a strategic advisor to Talent, coordinating with subject matter experts to ensure appropriate Talent representation in preparation, design, and testing workshops.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve issues, enhancing their operational efficiency through best practices and various tools.
- Develop and implement a stakeholder outreach process to address evolving needs and underlying concerns effectively.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of each stakeholder's business, including relevant laws and regulations, to anticipate and adapt to potential changes in processes and technology.
- Ensure Project/Operations Success: Keep project teams/vendors on task, manage technical and vendor calls as needed.
- Project Planning and Management: Document and oversee the project plan, resources, timeline, and budget. Manage risks, actions, issues, and decision logs ensuring timely resolution and escalation as needed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Talent, Consulting, and Deloitte Technology teams to deliver effective technology solutions.
- This includes updating status reports, facilitating project meetings and workshops, and supporting the user acceptance testing process.
- Technology Landscape Insight: Understand the broader Talent technology landscape to advise on system changes.
- Support System Integration: Partner with Deloitte Technology to maintain our existing ServiceNow integrations.
- Risk Management: Implement effective quality, risk, and issue management processes.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop our USI colleagues, providing guidance on technical support, issue resolution, and legal/compliance matters.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior colleagues, acting as an escalation point for the team and Talent stakeholders.

Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience leading/implementing new Talent systems or enhancements from concept to deployment and/or operational experience managing a large complex Talent application, including technical aspects of support
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to travel 0-5%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
- ServiceNow product experience, preferably HRSD
- Strong knowledge of leading-edge project management methodologies and experience supporting the implementation of new Talent systems and processes
- Strong project management and organizational skills, particularly in managing multiple project priorities simultaneously
- Ability to communicate complex information with individuals at all levels
- Ability to identify issues, present solutions, and determine the best course of action through analysis and input gathering.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong written/verbal executive communication and presentation skills; strong listening, facilitation and influencing skills with audiences of all management and leadership levels
- Knowledge of the professional services industry
