Job Details

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design, develop, test and supervise the manufacture and repair of all electrical equipment
  • Have an in-depth knowledge about the manufacturing process and the safety standards related to their field.
  • Able to manage a process from conception to completion.
  • Work with production and maintenance department to ensure their needs and wants are included within the confines of the project.
  • 24/7 on-call duty to help Maintenance and Operators troubleshoot issues or to come into the facility if necessary or connecting them with the resources they need to do their job.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customers expectations
  • Provide on-site assistance to employees working on the production lines.
  • Lead the manufacturing quality program

MINOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Knowledge of equipment for purchase, installation and repair
  • Bridging the communication gaps between design, development, the customer, and the business.
  • Collecting and interpreting customer feedback
  • Understand the customer needs and be able to interpret customer feedback

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB
  • Require a bachelor's degree in manufacturing, engineering, industrial engineering, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering.
  • Sufficient industry and supervisory experience.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, schematics, and blueprints
  • Experience with circuit design, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards (e.g., NEC, IEEE).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication and project management skills.
  • Work extremely well under pressure and use their innovative mindset and problem-solving skills to achieve their goals on time.
