We are searching for a talented, results-oriented Director of Marketing to lead our internal and external marketing teams and accelerate our lead generation and monthly recurring revenue (MRR) growth. This role is focused on REVENUE GENERATION.

The Role
As Director of Marketing, you ll be responsible for leading offer creation, direct-response copywriting, and overseeing creative teams, marketing automation, sales funnel design, and performance tracking. If you're motivated, talented, and passionate about driving results, we want to talk to you.

Responsibilities Include:

• Lead our marketing team internally and with outside agencies.
• Create high-converting, direct response copy (problem, pain, solution).
• Design and optimize online sales funnels for lead generation and revenue growth.
• Manage digital marketing strategies, tracking and reporting on key KPIs.
• Collaborate on design decisions and guide creative teams, even if you re not the designer.
• Analyze results to optimize conversion rates.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Communicate effectively with the team, both in writing and verbally.

What We re Looking For:

• 5+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record of success.
• Experience in direct-response marketing, offer creation, and copywriting.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation, and funnel optimization.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• A detail-oriented, organized professional with excellent communication skills.
